Every model carries the BSMI lightning mark from Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs: register a plate, take out insurance and you are legally on the road — no licence needed. Design, production and repairs all happen in our own factory in Tucheng, New Taipei.

In 2014 in Taipei, designer Paul Hsu built the first step-through folding bike. Ten years later, SLIDER has three factories — in Tucheng (New Taipei), Shanghai and Bulgaria — has won a German Red Dot double award, and has become an officially licensed Star Wars electric bike.

Designed in Taipei, produced in Tucheng and Shanghai, assembled in Bulgaria. The same bikes sell in Taiwan and in Europe — and we also manufacture for other brands.
An electric bicycle must carry the BSMI lightning mark, be registered with a plate and have compulsory insurance to be ridden legally. Bikes without the mark are illegal both to sell and to ride — riders can be fined NT$1,200–3,600 and have the bike confiscated. The entire SLIDER range is certified.
Our own factory in Tucheng, New Taipei, plus a dealer repair network across Taiwan’s cities and counties. This is the hardest gap for imported brands to fill — however good the bike, you can’t ride it while you wait three months for parts.
The Rocket battery is 313Wh, lasts about 2–3 years in normal use, and costs NT$6,880 to replace. Every model uses the same spec, so changing bikes doesn’t mean changing the whole setup.
